1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate items (if applicable)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at service@mgstore06.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: We offer free returns for items shipped within Europe.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for international orders, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note that shipping fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Please note that it may take 3 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@ljjsshirt.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will provide you with a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
